A concrete range that retains the characteristic properties of our low cement content concrete in terms of mechanical resistance to compression, abrasion and chemical aggression. This concrete can be heated faster, with the energy saving this entails.
Thanks to nanometric technology, the hydraulic binding agent has been eliminated, thus eliminating water molecules within the concrete matrix, which cause the breakage of the same during the heating of the kiln and cause spalling.
This concrete range features a high viscosity matrix, with higher permeability at low temperatures than provided by other refractory concrete ranges, which facilitates drying, and offers better resistance to abrupt temperature changes and chemical aggression.
Our KTF concrete range comprises materials containing between 40% and 96% alumina with varying SiC % content.
